This web site has a couple of goals. First off, it is to keep you up to date on the dive activity in southeast Wisconsin. It will include photos of past dives and events as well as information to facilitate your planning for up coming diving and other events. In these pages you will find photo's of the local wrecks and in some cases maps of local wrecks that will help you to plan dives on them. The big picture though is to promote diving in general, especially in this area. We are blessed to live on a Great Lake and have access to it's many resources. When a ship sinks in Lake Michigan's cold fresh waters, it stays there for us to see for hundreds of years. Lake Michigan was once a major thoroughfare for commerce and the passenger trade. Over the years there were many storms and disasters on the lake that provided us with the wrecks we can dive today.
